<i>The following incidents were reported by the Arlington County Police Department: </i>

<b>ARMED ROBBERY</b>

<b>4300 N. Henderson Road. </b> At approximately 10:57 p.m. on April 11, the victim, a 34-year-old female, was walking home from work when an unknown male subject leapt out from behind some bushes holding an open knife. The subject demanded the package the victim was carrying. The victim screamed and dropped the package, at which time the subject grabbed the victim's arm and shook it in an attempt to make her drop the purse that was on her shoulder. The victim held on to the purse and the subject then used the knife to cut the purse strap. The subject grabbed the purse and fled the scene heading southeast. The suspect was described as an Hispanic male, in his mid-20s, 5 feet 4 inches tall, thin build, wearing a black jacket, black pants and black ski mask with eye holes only.

<b>1200 N. Pierce St. </b> At approximately 12 a.m. on April 9, the victim, a 32-year-old female, was walking from her apartment to her car when she was approached by an unknown male subject. The subject demanded money in Spanish, produced a small knife and threatened to "stick" her. The victim handed over her purse and the subject asked if she had any more money. The subject then patted her down. Upon finding nothing else, the subject slapped the victim on the buttocks and said "good." The subject then fled the scene on foot through the parking lot toward Ft. Myer Drive. The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, approximately 15 years of age, 5 feet 2 inches-5 feet 4 inches tall, 135 pounds, wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, black jeans, black hat and a black bandana over his face.

<b>1800 N. Moore St. </b> At approximately 11:15 p.m. on April 6, the victim, a 48-year-old male, was approached by two known subjects in front of the Rosslyn Metro station. The subjects asked him for cigarettes and left when the victim said he didn't have any. A few minutes later the subjects returned and attacked the victim. The first subject struck the victim on the head with a large stick while demanding money. The second subject kicked the victim in the back. The victim displayed a razor blade and the subjects fled the scene on foot towards Clarendon Boulevard. The first subject is described as a white male, mid-late 30s, 6 feet tall, over 250 pounds, wearing a white ski jacket and blue jeans. The second suspect is described as a white male in his 30s, 5 feet 10 inches tall, medium build, wearing a dark blue raincoat, blue jeans and white sneakers.

<b>BURGLARY, </b>

<b>1600 S. 28th St. </b> At approximately 12:20 p.m. at April 11, a witness, a 57-year-old female, saw an unknown male subject looking into the windows of several apartments. She then saw the subject enter the back door of one apartment, then run from the front door of the apartment a few minutes later. The witness stopped the subject who said he hadn't done anything and was just looking for a friend. The subject then pushed the witness out of the way and ran from the scene. The resident of the apartment, a 45-year-old female who was not home at the time, said that an Xbox game system had been moved, but that nothing appeared to be missing from the residence. The suspect was described as a black male, 15-17 years of age, 5 feet 5 inches tall, medium build, black hair, medium complexion, wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

<b>5500 N. Lee Highway. </b> At approximately 2:33 a.m. on April 12, officers responded to a burglar alarm at a restaurant. Upon arrival, officers found a glass door to the building had been smashed. After a K9 unit established that no one was in the building, officers entered the restaurant and discovered an interior glass office door had also been broken. Inside the office, the cover of the floor safe was removed and an undetermined amount of cash was missing.

<b>3300 S. 2nd St. </b> Sometime between 4:30 and 6:45 p.m. on April 6, a purse belonging to the victim, a 36-year-old female, disappeared from the victim's home. During this time period there were several instances where the victim briefly left her home. There were no signs of forced entry. The purse contained two credit cards, blank personal checks, approximately $50 in cash and other miscellaneous items.

<b>BANK ROBBERY</b>

<b>2900 S. Glebe Road. </b> At approximately 10 a.m. on April 8, an unknown subject entered the First Virginia Bank, approached a teller and demanded money. After collecting money from several tellers, the subject left the bank on foot with an undetermined amount of cash. The suspect was described as a black male in his 30s, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 200 pounds, brown eyes, black hair, medium complexion, bearded, wearing black pants, a black shirt, white and black sneakers, dark ski mask and cloth gloves.

<b>ATTEMPTED ROBBERY</b>

<b>2000 N. Adams St.</b> On March 30 at approximately 6:45 p.m., the victim, a 62-year-old female, was entering the lobby of her apartment building when an unknown male subject burst out of a stairwell door and grabbed the victim's arm. The subject then tried to grab a purse that was hanging around the victim's neck. The victim then struck the subject on the head with a 2 liter bottle of soda she was carrying, causing the subject to flee the scene on foot. The suspect was described as an Hispanic male in his early 20s, 5 feet 7 inches-5 feet 8 inches tall, 170-180 pounds, thin mustache, wearing dark blue jeans.

<b>ATTEMPTED BURGLARY</b>

<b>1400 Wilson Blvd. </b> At approximately 5:30 p.m. on April 10, the victim, a 27-year-old female, returned to her office to find an unknown male subject hiding behind the door. When she asked if he needed help, the subject replied that he was looking for someone. The victim then noticed that the subject was holding her wallet and cell phone. The victim stated that the subject was holding her property and he returned the wallet and cell phone to her. The subject then walked to the reception area, met a female subject and both subjects then walked to the elevators. The first suspect is described as a black male, 20 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches tall, slender build, black hair, dark complexion. The second suspect is described as a black female, 20 years of age, dressed in business attire.

<b>INDECENT EXPOSURE</b>

<b>4400 S. 36th St. </b> At approximately 1:30 p.m. on April 6, the victim, a 12-year-old female, was walking through a parking lot when an unknown male subject drove up beside her. The subject continued to drive alongside her while masturbating. The victim ran from the scene and reported the incident to her parents. The suspect was described as a white male in his 20s, skinny, with red, spiky hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans and was driving a white, older-model sedan.

<b>PEEPING TOM</b>

<b>1000 N. Kensington St. </b> On April 4 at approximately 11:30 p.m., the victim, a 28-year-old female, heard a noise outside her apartment. When she got up to investigate, she heard a man grunt, then footsteps running away. The next day the victim found a slab of loose concrete sticking out near a window. When she stood on the slab it rocked back and forth, making the same sound she heard the night before.

<b>DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY</b>

<b>N. Piedmont.</b> Sometime between 3 p.m. on April 6 and 6 a.m. on April 7, 30 cars on several different blocks were spray-painted with red, yellow and orange paint by unknown subject(s).
