<lst>The following incidents were reported to the Reston District of the Fairfax County Police Department:
<cal1>ROBBERY
<cal2>Rambling Road 2300 block - A Vienna area woman, 30, was walking when a man ran up to her and grabbed her purse, knocking her to the ground. The victim summoned police and officers established a perimeter. Gary Dale Sirmans, 41, of no fixed address, was found in a nearby wooded area and taken into custody. He was charged with robbery. victim's belongings were recovered and returned to her.
