The Vienna Parks and Recreation Department’s fall co-ed softball league begins play Sept. 9. Games will be played on weeknights at Vienna’s Southside Park. “Through the eyes of an artist,” featuring artist Janice Burns, will be presented by the Vienna Arts Society.
