<bt>Park View experienced a busy week with ice days, band and choral concerts, various sports activities, and a Winter Pep Rally.

Students enjoyed a day off of school on Dec. 11, due to the icy conditions. The following day, teachers and students enjoyed a little extra sleep after hearing of the two-hour delay.

It was a musical week for the Patriots, starting with a Jazz and Guitar Concert on Dec. 10. On Dec. 12, Park View's concert and symphonic bands held a performance, along with the choir. This was the first time that the two groups performed together.

Five wrestlers placed in the top eight. Junior's Josh Damico placed eighth, Mo Abu-Ghannam seventh, Jeff Alwine took second and Dan Bernier took a second. Senior Jason Luke placed fifth. The awards and finals were held on Dec. 9.
