The following incidents were reported by the Herndon Police Department:
<mh>Sex Offense
<lst>Mario Zeledon, 28, of Crevenna Oak Court in the Burke area was arrested after he was found to be responsible for four incidents of displaying pornographic material. Police said Zeledon taped pornographic material to the sidewalk where children wait for school buses on two occasions. On two other occasions, police said, he drove by bus stops where children were waiting with pornographic material taped to his passenger window. He was charged with four counts of displaying obscene material on public property.

<mh>Drunk In Public Arrests
<lst>*1100 Block Elden Street - Jose Gonzales, a 38-year-old man of no fixed address.
* 1000 Block Knight Lane - Andre Curry, a 29-year-old man of Herndon.
* 1100 Block Elden Street - Jose Alemann, a 39-year-old man of Herndon.
<mh>Larceny
<lst>* 600 Block Calhoun Court - A 1995 Nissan four-door sedan was removed from the roadway. It was recovered the same day by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
* 1000 Block Lexus Way - A license plate was removed from a vehicle
* Palmer Drive/Dogwood Court - Officers apprehended Antonio-Alvarenga, a 24-year-old man of Herndon, and Jose Amaya-Flores, a 20-year-old man of Reston, after they broke into a vehicle and removed stereo equipment and compact discs. Both were charged with grand larceny and possession of burglaries tools and were transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where they were held pending $5,000 bond.
* 500 Block Early Fall Court - A muffler was removed from a vehicle.
* 1100 Block Autumnhaze Court - A stereo face plate and tail light assembly was removed from a vehicle.
* 300 Block Elden Street - A camera was removed from a hotel room.
* 400 Block Elden Street - A black and white Boston Terrier was removed from a business.
* 600 Block Jefferson Street - Personal checks were removed from a mailbox.
* 600 Block Elden Street - Nineteen printer cartridges were removed from a business.
<mh>Narcotic Violation Arrest
<lst>* 900 Block Park Avenue - Larrell Lansdowne, an 18-year-old man of Herndon, was charged with possession of marijuana. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held pending $250 bond.
<mh>DWI Arrests
<lst>* Bond Street/Lisa Court - Hector Salcedo, a 40-year-old man of Reston.
* 1100 Block Herndon Parkway - Adrain Urrutia, a 47-year-old man of Herndon.
* 400 Block Herndon Parkway - Ivan Arevalo, a 26-year-old man of Herndon.
<mh>Hit And Run
<lst>* 1100 Block Elden Street - A parked vehicle was struck by a hit and run driver.
* 1100 Block Herndon Parkway - A light pole was struck by a hit and run driver.
* 900 Block Branch Drive - A parked vehicle was struck by a hit and run driver.
* 1200 Block Elden Street - A parked vehicle was struck by a hit and run driver.
<mh>Traffic Arrests
<lst>* 500 Block Aspen Drive - Two vehicles, no injuries. Damage - $3,000. Charge - Fail to pay full time and attention.
* Van Buren Street/Grove Street - Two vehicles, no injuries. Damage $450. Charge - None.
* 100 Block Herndon Parkway - Two vehicles, no injuries. Damage - $250. Charge - DWI.
* 1100 Block Herndon Parkway - Two vehicles, no injuries. Damage - $350. Charge - DWI.
* Worldgate Drive/Wiltshire Lane - Two vehicles, no injuries. Damage - $11,000. Charge - Fail to yield the right of way.
* 600 Block Carlisle Drive - Two vehicles, no injuries. Damage $1,600. Charge - Fail to yield the right of way.
* 1200 Block Elden Street - Three vehicles, no injuries. Damage - $7,000. Charge - Fail to pay full time and attention.
* 1200 Block Elden Street - Four vehicles, no injuries. Damage $9,500. Charge - Fail to maintain proper control.
* 1200 Block Elden Street - Two vehicles, no injuries. Damage $1,250. Charge - Fail to maintain proper control.
