Vacation Bible School at Oakton United Methodist Church, called God’s Great Gallery, is now accepting registration. The school will be held Aug. 12-16 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. All children age 3 through rising sixth-graders are invited. A light dinner will be served beginning at 5:30 p.m., and classes will begin at 6 and end at 8:30 p.m. No registration fee. A mission offering will be taken each evening during dinner. The International Chabad-Lubavitch organization is establishing a new Jewish institution, Chabad at Tysons, which will serve Vienna, McLean and Great Falls. Chabad welcomes all Jews regardless of background or affiliation, said Rabbi Levi Deitsch, who will direct Chabad at Tysons.
