Child Safety Seat Checkpoint. Fairfax County Police Officers from the Franconia District Station, along with personnel from Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Company 5, will be conducting a child safety and seat inspection from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, June 10. 55 Alive Safe Driving Class will be held on Monday, June 17 and Tuesday, June 18 from 10 am - 3 pm at the Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia. The JCCNV is located at 8900 Little River Turnpike in Fairfax. Come to this comprehensive driver retraining class taught by an AARP instructor. It has been designed for the needs of the older driver, including license renewal, the effects of medication, local travel hazards and accident prevention.
