Dennis McGee, an 18-year-old resident of Mt. Vernon Circle died early Wednesday, June 19, after a fight.
Fairfax County police were called to the 3200 block of Beechcraft Drive at around 1 a.m. to investigate. They said McGee was apparently involved in a fight outside a residence and died as a result of his injuries. Police said that McGee was not shot or stabbed but appears to have died as the result of some sort of traumatic injury.
Police are interviewing those who were at the scene and charges are pending. An autopsy will determine the exact cause of death.
