Air Force Airman 1st Class LaTrice F. Walker-Harrison has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Tex. Walker-Harrison is the wife of Duane Harrison of Chicago, Ill., and granddaughter of Pat Lowe of Reston. She is a 1995 graduate of Curie Metro High School, Chicago, Ill., and a 2000 graduate of the University of Illinois, Chicago.
Army Sgt. Nathaniel N. Nyren has graduated from the Army Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course (BNCOC) at Fort Knox, Ky. Nyren, a field recruiter, is assigned to the Pittsburgh Recruiting Battalion, North Hills Recruiting Station, Pa. He has six years of military service. His parents, Peter B. and Julie A. Nyren, reside in Reston. In 1991, the sergeant graduated from South Lakes High School.
