The bubble is proposed to enclose six tennis courts. RA and school staff have reached tentative agreements on a number of issues regarding use of the facility, construction funding, construction management, operational management and facility maintenance. School board approval will allow fund-raising to begin. A presentation on the facility, as well as funding and operational arrangements, will be presented at the facilities work session on March 11. Action on the project is scheduled for March 21. The School Board meets at Luther Jackson Middle School, 3020 Gallows Road, Falls Church.
