The Sheraton Reston recently hired Kent Franklin to its Sales Team. Franklin will be serving as the Director of Catering, assisting with all catering sales and event coordination. Franklin has held several management positions in the hospitality sector, including food and beverage director for the Evergreen Country Club and director of catering for the Holiday Inn Fair Oaks.
The Hyatt Regency Reston recently received AAA's Four Diamond Award. The announcement was made at the annual Four Diamond Luncheon at the Hay-Adams Hotel in Washington, D.C. The highly coveted Four Diamond award is granted to only the top three percent of hotels and top four percent of restaurants that AAA inspects each year.
