Churchill High

By Adam Eskow

Graduation is June 3. Seniors have completed most of their schoolwork and are eagerly looking forward to prom, graduation and postgraduation activities, such as beach week. However, while most seniors are voicing a great sense of accomplishment, they quite honestly are expressing a combination of excitement and anxiety about going off to college. We entered Churchill as the renovation process was about to begin and lived through the transformation. The process was not as bad as everyone predicted. Now our community has a first-rate building and campus for another generation of students to enjoy. Also, neighborhood residents will be happy that approximately 60 additional on-site parking spaces have been opened for student use.

Finally, this is my last article for The Almanac, as I am graduating in one week. My classmates and I appreciate the fabulous community support for all of our activities — academic, athletic and theatrical. Thank you for all of your interest in and support of Churchill High School.
