Join Pender United Methodist Church for the "Sing and Celebrate" contemporary worship service Sunday, June 2 at 6:30 p.m. An alternative to traditional worship, this service combines drama and music in an informal setting to praise the Lord. Centreville Baptist Church is providing clothing free to the community on Saturday, June 1, from 8 a.m. till noon. Stop by and "shop" for clothing items from infants through children, men and women. MOPS — a program for Mothers of Pre-Schoolers — runs during the school year. An additional MOPS session is being added to the line-up this fall on the second and fourth Fridays of each month.
