It's Teddybears' Morning Out at Great Falls Library

Children brought their teddy bears to story hour the Great Falls Library recently, where they heard the familiar story about Corduroy, the teddybear.

After the story was read, they made paper doll versions of Corduroy to take home.

Alene Sternlieb, a part-time librarian, is the the children’s librarian. She holds story hour once a month because “We don’t have the resources” to do it any more often than that, she said.

A hiring freeze due to the county’s budget constraints means that the position won’t be increased.
