Dennis Mahafkey was the top producer in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Springfield office in May.

Sheila Gillette was honored for generating the most resale revenue units in the Weichert, Realtors' Springfield office in May. She also was honored for generating the most listings and the most listings sold.

Wayne Wyvill, broker/owner of RE/MAX 100, is selling four Maryland offices and one office of RE/MAX 100 in Springfield to RE/MAX International. Two other RE/MAX franchise operations will also be acquired by RE/MAX International, making this the first acquisition in the eastern United States since Dave Liniger, RE/MAX International chairman and founder, announced RE/MAX International would be acquiring existing real estate offices. Wyvill will fill the position of president in the new company and all office names will be changed to RE/MAX 100.

During May, Kathy Felling was the top producer, top lister and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $4,007,400 at the Springfield Long & Foster office. Becky Berning was the top seller.
