The Long & Foster Companies reported that total June sales reached an all-time company record of $4.6 billion for the month. The previous record month was May 2003 with $4.4 billion in sales.

Brookfield Homes welcomed 16 of its top sales associates to the Kennel Club for the second quarter of 2003 as part of its "Top Dog" program. The program was set up to reward outstanding performance among top sales associates. Those named to the "Kennel Club" posted net sales of at least $3 million in a quarter. They are treated to a luncheon, at which they receive a framed certificate marking the accomplishment. The members of the Kennel Club for the second quarter of 2003 are Tom Hughes, John Caiopolous, Melanie Karol, Graham Stephenson, Mark Jalajel, Lisa Hensley, Scot Brogan, Dan Fitzpatrick, James Cha, Donnie Hammond, Allison Grant, Sandy Haines, Andrew Wilan, Peter Daly, James Manuel and Ryan Sarajian.

In June, Kathy Felling was the top producer and the top lister in the Long & Foster Springfield office. She had a sales volume of $1,911,000. Ki Hatch was the top seller and Jane Applegate and Carol Frey were the agents with the most new listings.
