Plaza America IV, a 7-story Class A office building in Reston, part of the 1.2 million-square-foot Plaza America mixed-use complex developed by Atlantic Realty Companies, received the Spirit of Excellence award for Best Building, Speculative Mid Rise (4-7 stories) at the annual National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) awards dinner held Nov. 20. NAIOP organizes the annual event to recognize "significant new contributions to Northern Virginia by the commercial and industrial real estate community."

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced its top producers for the month of October. In the Reston office located at 11890 Sunrise Valley Drive, Mark Ackermann was top producer. In the office located at 1801 Reston Parkway, top producer was Anita Nilsen.

Kfoury Construction Group in Reston is teaming up with the U.S. Marine Corps for its 7th year to be a Toys for Tots public drop-off site.
