Crime Report

The following incidents were reported by the Herndon Police Department:

<cal1>ROBBERY

<lst>1000 Block-Elden St. At 5:37 p.m. on Feb. 6 two subjects were eating at a restaurant when they were approached by two Hispanic males demanding money. One suspect displayed a knife. A wallet, cash and a Walkman were taken from one of the victims. Suspect fled the area.

<cal1>LARCENY

<lst>1100 Block Burwick Drive. At 9:19 p.m. on Feb. 5, a window was shattered on a vehicle and a stereo speaker was removed.

12000 Block Alton Square. At 6:16 p.m. on Feb. 1. Victim left property unattended in parking garage and returned to find it missing.

<cal1>DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

<lst>1100 Block Cypress Tree Place. At 6:16 p.m. on Feb. 6 white paint splattered on rear bumper of car.

<cal1>DISORDERLY CONDUCT

<lst>1100 Block Herndon Parkway. At 12:43 p.m. on Feb. 6 a husband of a former employee entered a store complaining about W-2 forms. Trespass procedures advised.

<cal1>DRUG/NARCOTIC VIOLATION

<lst>1000 Block Elden St. At 1:57 a.m. on Feb. 3, Robert Hines, a 24-year-old man of Manassas, was charged with possession of marijuana. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

<cal1>DWI ARRESTS

<lst>1000 Block Elden St. At 1: 57 a.m. on Feb. 3, Robert Hines, a 24-year-old man of Manassas.

300 Block Elden St. At 2:44 a.m. on Feb. 03, Dani Paz, a 24-year-old man of Reston.

100 Block Elden St. At 1:01 a.m. on Feb. 04, Robert Meidlinger, a 29-year-old man of Reston.

400 Block Elden St. At 3:45 a.m. on Feb.5, Lori Simpkins, a 23-year-old woman of Reston.

<cal1>DRUNK IN PUBLIC

<lst>1200 Block-Elden St. At 2:54 p.m. on Feb. 3, Jaqueline Escobar, a 37 year-old female of Reston.

<cal1>TRESPASS

<lst>1100 Block-Elden St. at 10:52 a.m. on Feb. 6, Lucio Recinos Leiva, a male of Sterling, was charged with trespassing.
