Sara Rosser Wieseneck of Arlington has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2002 semester at University of Rochester, in Rochester, N.Y. She graduated from Yorktown in the Class of 2002. Students must achieve a grade point average of 3.4 or higher to achieve the honor of dean's list at the University of Rochester.

Jonathan Merrow of Arlington has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2002 semester at the University of Vermont. Merrow is a sophomore majoring in philosophy in the College of Arts Sciences. To be named to the dean's list, students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.

Lauren E. Wood, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wood of 231 North Park Drive, was named to the dean's list for the fall 2002 term at Furman University in Greenville, S.C. Furman's dean's list is composed of full-time undergraduate students who earn a grade point average of 3.4 or higher on a four-point system.

Tracey Messina, Elizabeth Olivere and Leigh Snyder, all of Arlington, were named to the dean's list for the fall 2002 semester at the University of Delaware.
