Waterford of McLean, LLC., rescheduled for July 17 the groundbreaking for The Palladium of McLean, a high-rise condominium development at Lowell Avenue betweeen Laughlin and Emerson Avenues in downtown McLean. Construction on the development, marked by the unusual presence of cranes on the skyline, is already under way.
