<lst>New Parkland Drive/Monroe Manor Drive. On May 25, a woman, 28, was jogging when she was bitten on the leg by a dog. The dog was being walked by a man in his '50s with grey hair and a beard. The man told the victim his dog was current on its vaccinations and quickly walked away. The dog was described as a large black and tan mixed-breed terrier.
