Tina Paolozzi of the Weichert, Realtors' Fairfax Office was the top producer of resale revenue units and highest dollar volume. She also generated the most sales and the most listings sold. Brenda Feichtl was the top lister.

At the Weichert, Realtors' Fair Oaks Office, Rosemary Graham produced the most resale revenue units and the highest dollar volume. She also generated the most listings sold. Gizelle Gorkowski was the top lister and Mary Paget was the top sales associate.

Steve Loureiro and Kay Hollar recently joined Prudential Carruthers Realtors Fairfax office as sales associates.

Carol Kalinowski was named the Top Producer for January at the Fair Oaks office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

In January, Debbie Dogrul was the top producer, top lister, top seller and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $3,961,768 at the Fairfax Long & Foster office.

In January, Ron Rush, CRS was the top producer, top lister, top seller and agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $13,266,405 at the Fair Oaks Long & Foster Office.

The following realtors were recently inducted into the Omega Tau Rho Fraternity (OTR) by the Virginia Association of REALTORS® (VAR): Bonnie Kyte of Re/Max Choice in Fairfax, Patricia Buck of McEnearney Associates, Inc. in McLean, and Esther Pryor of Avery Hess Realtors in Vienna. All received the Medallion of Service during the recent VAR Legislative and Education Conference in recognition of their leadership skills.

Tim Paolozzi of the Fairfax Weichert, Realtors’ office was recently named to Weichert’s 2002 Chairman of the Board Elite Club. Members of this club have achieved over $10 million in sales, listings and listings sold or closed on 60 transactions.
