<lst>Jane Applegate of the Springfield Long & Foster office was top producer, top seller and the agent with the most new listings in February with a sales volume of $1,470,820; and Kathy Felling was the top lister.

Steven Frismuth of Weichert, Realtors' Springfield office generated the most resales in the region in the month of February. In addition, the entire Springfield sales team together generated the most resale revenue units and the highest resale dollar value in the region in February.

The Long & Foster Companies reported that total March sales reached an all-time company record of $3.5 billion for the month. The top five Northern Virginia offices were: Burke Fairfax Station/Clifton ($82 million); Reston ($60 million); McLean ($51 million); Sterling/Potomac Falls ($44 million) and Alexandria/Old Town Historic District ($44 million).

Dan Crumbaugh was the top producer for March at the Springfield Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Henry Hart, Esq., of Reed Smith, has been inducted into the Omega Tau Rho Fraternity by the Virginia Association of Realtors® in recognition of his long-term service to the real estate industry. Hart received the award for 10 or more years of service to the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors®. He is a partner of Reed Smith law firm in Washington, D.C.

Sheila Gillette was honored as the top producer in the Weichert, Realtors' Springfield office for the month of March. She also generated the most resale revenue units, the highest dollar volume, the most listings and most listings sold. Ricardo Bolanos was recognized as the top sales associate.
