Custom Builder’s Council’s Parade of Homes. Come walk through over 20 custom homes in Northern Virginia, Oct. 11 and 12, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Meet custom home builders, get new design and decorating ideas, see new products and material and learn what it takes to build a custom home. Tickets are $10 per person or family group. A ticket can be purchased the day of the event at any home on the tour and will be valid for all homes toured both Saturday and Sunday. All proceeds benefit The Ronald McDonald House at Inova Fairfax hospital. See the map of homes at www.virginiaparade.com.

Kathy Stark was honored as the top producer with the most resale revenue units and the highest dollar volume in the Weichert, Realtors' Burke/Fairfax Station office during July. She was also honored for generating the most listings and the most listings sold. Charles Jackson was recognized as the top sales associate.

For the month of August, the top five Long & Foster Northern Virginia offices in descending order based on sales volume were Fair Oaks ($66 million); Burke Fairfax Station/Clifton ($60 million); McLean ($57 million); and Reston ($47 million).
