Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB) announces the appointment of Keith Litrenta as chief financial officer (CFO) for the mid-Atlantic region, including Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C. and Delaware. Litrenta is responsible for all corporate financial functions and oversees the accounting, finance, treasury and human resources (HR) divisions. Litrenta previously served as CFO in the hospitality and real estate industries where he was responsible for acquisitions, risk management, HR and information technology. He is a resident of Oak Hill.

Weichert, Realtors' Herndon office announces its top sales associates for July. Anne Flynn was honored as the office's top producer with the most resale revenue units and the highest dollar volume. She was also honored for generating the most listings. Ron Layton was recognized for producing the most listings sold and Martha Cheyne-Ramirez was recognized for producing the most sales.

The Northern Virginia Association of Realtors will host its 7th Annual Economic Summit on Wednesday, Sept. 10, where featured speakers will discuss current real estate trends. "Hot Spots in a Hot Market: Niche Markets" will include a look at aging baby boomers, infill development and the condominium market in Northern Virginia. The Summit takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the George Mason University Johnson Center Cinema.
