<lst>The following incidents were reported to the Town of Vienna police:

<cal1>Arrest

<cal2>200 block Elm St., S.W. On July 24, around 4:02 a.m., Jonathan R. Hoyt, 21, and James Warren Hoyt Jr., 22, both of the 200 block of Elm St., S.W., Vienna, were charged with assaulting each other during a domestic dispute.

900 block Maple Ave., E. During a traffic stop on July 28, around 10:40 p.m., Hans Degraaf, 55, of the 6300 block of Miller Drive, Alexandria, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

500 block Maple Ave., W. During a traffic stop on July 27 around 11:20 p.m., a 16-year old Alexandria boy was charged with underage possession of tobacco.

Maple Ave., W. at Nutley St. During a traffic stop on July 28, around 2:10 a.m., Nathanael Vasquez Gonzalez, 31, of the 2800 block of Pine Spring Road, Falls Church, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Vienna Park Apartments, 200 block Cedar Lane, S.E. On Aug. 1 around 8:25 p.m., police responded to the apartments for a trespassing complaint and subsequently charged Jose Hernandez, 24, of no fixed address, with trespassing on apartment property and drunk in public.

Ayr Hill Ave. & Mill St., N.E. During a traffic stop on Aug. 2, around 2:30 a.m., a 17-year old Vienna boy was charged with underage possession of alcohol and driving after curfew.

700 block Maple Ave., E. During a traffic stop on July 31 around 3:55 a.m., Kevin M. Hunt, 25, of the 2600 block of Glencroft Road, Vienna, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

200 block Maple Ave., E. During a traffic stop on July 28, around 3:55 p.m., Freddy E. Argueta, 31, of the 45000 block of 31st St., Alexandria, was charged with possession of the ID of another person. It was also determined that he was wanted for failure to appear in court.

<cal1>Auto Tampering/Petit Larceny

<cal2>500 block Valley Drive, S.E. Between July 28 around 9 p.m. and July 29 around 4:40 a.m., an SUV parked at a house was entered by prying off a door handle. The contents of the vehicle were disturbed and the cigarette lighter, auxiliary power point and surrounding frame were taken.

<cal1>Grand Larceny

<cal2>Vienna Assembly of God, 301 Center St., N. Between 10:30 p.m. Between July 27 around 10:30 p.m. and July 28, around 6:30 a.m., power tools were taken from a trailer parked in a parking lot at the church. Entry was gained by prying the lock off the trailer door.

Giant Food, 359 Maple Ave., E. On July 28, around noon, a wallet was taken from a purse in a shopping cart and a credit card in the wallet was subsequently used.

<cal1>Petit Larceny

<cal2>400 block Course St., N.E. Between July 21, around 8 p.m. and July 22, around 5:30 a.m., a bicycle was taken from an open garage at a house.

1000 block Park St., S.E. On July 20 between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., credit cards were taken from a vehicle parked at Cunningham Park Elementary School. There was no sign of forced entry.

<cal1>Vandalism

<cal2>500 block Moorefield Rd., S.W. Between July 22, around 10 p.m. and July 23 around 8 a.m., graffiti was spray painted on a truck parked at a house.

100 block East St., N.E. Between 9 p.m. Between July 27 around 9 p.m. and July 28, around 10 a.m., the paint was scratched on a car parked in a parking lot.
