On Saturday, Aug. 28 a bluegrass concert series takes place at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 1090 Sterling Road, Herndon, featuring award-winning song-writer and vocalist Gary Ferguson. A town hall meeting, sponsored by the Jewish Community Council of Greater Washington, Jews for Judaism, Jewish Community Centers, area synagogues, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, will be held at the Washington, D.C.
