Despite vocal opposition from some Vienna residents, Dominion Virginia Power is going forward with tree removal and trimming along the Washington & Old Dominion Trail. Crews were out in the rain on Dec. 9 on the trail near Adahi Road Southeast. Dominion has an easement that allows it to trim or remove any tree on the trail property.
