The CBRB School of Real Estate is offering a Principles and Practices of Real Estate class for anyone interested in becoming a Realtor at the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices throughout Virginia.

Long & Foster, Realtors announces the top sales associates in Fairfax County for the month of December:

* Centreville: Pat Lawless and Don DeBragga, managers of the Centreville Long & Foster office, announced Cindy and Bill Glacken as the top producers and the top sellers with a sales volume of $1,339,000; Steve Eaheart as the top lister; and Kim House, Tim Horinko, Cindy and Bill Glacken and Steve Eaheart as the agents with the most new listings.

* Fairfax: Frank Lee, manager of the Fairfax Long & Foster office, announced Debbie Dogrul as the top producer and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $5,184,276; and Gail Dinkin as the second place top producer.

For its $150,000 Scholarship Program, Long & Foster, Real Estate announces it will end its search for well-rounded graduating high school seniors entering an accredited four-year college or university on March 1, 2004. All applications must be received by the deadline date of March 1, in order for the selection committee, comprised of local members of academia, to select the final scholarship winners by Spring 2004.

The Long & Foster Scholarship Program was increased this year from $125,000 to $150,000 for 150 winners for the 2004-2005 academic year. The program will award $1,000 to each of 150 worthy recipients throughout the seven-state region. The monetary scholarship award will be made payable directly to the college or university in the student's name. Once the winners have been selected the scholarships will be awarded beginning May 1, 2004.

Applications for the Long & Foster Scholarship Program can be obtained from any of Long & Foster's nearly 200 residential sales offices located throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, from high school guidance counselors, via Long & Foster's Web Site at www.longandfoster.com/scholarship or by calling 1-703-359-1750.
