Cox Communications Northern Virginia announces the opening of a new retail center in Kingstowne. The new facility opens on Monday, March 1 to serve Cox customers in the eastern part of Fairfax County. The retail center is located behind the Safeway in the Kingstowne Town Center off of Kingstowne Village Parkway. At the new location, customers can make payments, upgrade their accounts, exchange converter boxes, and test-drive services like high speed Internet and Cox High Definition Television.
The facility hours are Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday from 9 a.m.-6 p.m.; and Sunday from noon-6 p.m. There will be ample parking provided adjacent to the center's corner location.
As a result of the move, Cox's customer service lobby near Lake Accotink in Springfield will close permanently on Friday, March 12. Customers are directed to the new Kingstowne location or Cox's other retail lobby center at 3080 Centreville Road in Herndon.

Consumers can click on a price range, type of recipient and type of gift. Each suggestion includes a color picture, brief description, price and store name. Shoppers can search for ideas from every Fair Oaks store or limit their search to a single retailer.
Fairfax Corner 14 is offering a program for new parents and their babies. Baby Pictures offers conveniences such as baby changing stations, extra lighting in the auditorium, lowered movie volume and a Gymboree Play and Music session prior to each show.
