<cal1>MALICIOUS WOUNDING
<cal2>9100 block of Richmond Highway. On Feb. 13 at 8:30 p.m., two men got into an argument that resulted in one man using a pair of scissors to stab the other. The victim, a 29-year-old man of no fixed address, was medevaced to Inova Fairfax for treatment of his wounds. The suspect, Richard T. Boyer, 51, of the 9100 block of Richmond Highway in the Woodlawn area, was arrested and charged with malicious wounding.
