<lst>The following incidents were reported to the Town of Vienna police:
<cal1>Arrest
<cal2>300 block Maple Ave., E. During a traffic stop on July 19, around 3:30 p.m., Bassel Dabbagh, 22, of the 9200 block of Chapel Hill Terrace, Fairfax, was charged with possession of marijuana. It was also determined he was wanted by Fairfax County for distribution of marijuana and was served a warrant on that charge.
200 block Maple Ave., E. During a traffic stop on July 23, around 2:13 a.m., Brian Rhys Rooney, 33, of the 4100 block of Lord Culpepper Lane, Fairfax, was charged with driving while intoxicated.
<cal1>Grand Larceny
<cal2>100 block James Drive, S.W. Between July 18, around 4 p.m., and July 19, around 8:30 p.m., a motor scooter was taken from the front porch of a house.
<cal1>Suspicious Event
<cal2>600 block Center St., S. Between July 15, around 11:30 p.m., and July 18, around 11:06 a.m., the resident of a house discovered a concrete block placed beneath a window and fingerprints on the window sill.
<cal1>Vandalism
<cal2>1200 block of Kelley St., S.W. On July 14, between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m., two windows were broken at a house.
