<lst>The following incidents were reported to the City of Fairfax Police Department.

<cal1>Arrest

<cal2>3500 Old Lee Highway / Fairfax High School. On May 31, at 2 p.m., an officer working the Regional Baseball Tournament observed a male walk into the game without paying. When the officer attempted to speak with the subject, he became angry and confrontational. The subject was escorted from the school grounds and told not to return. A short time later, the same officer observed the subject again at the game. When the subject was approached, he began to curse the officer. The subject was arrested and identified as Edward Belknap, 58, of the 3400 block of Country Hill Drive, Fairfax. He was taken to the jail and charged with Trespassing. His bond was set at $750.

<cal1>Attempted Larceny

<cal2>Chain Bridge Road & Orchard Street. Sometime between June 12 and June 13, unknown person(s) attempted to steal the wheels off of a new vehicle being stored at the Browns Nissan storage lot.

<cal1>Burglary

<cal2>10600 block of Ashby Place. Sometime between May 31 and June 17, unknown person(s) gained entry into a vacate house. The Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case.

<cal1>Exposure

<cal2>10800 Lee Highway / Crown Gas. On June 11, at 2:42 p.m., a female reported that she was on the phone in the parking lot of the business when she observed a white male in a vehicle watching her and fondling himself. The suspect then drove away. The Patrol Division is investigating the case.

<cal1>Fight/Arrest

<cal2>10560 Main Street / Bridges. On June 18, around 1:58 a.m., an officer on routine patrol observed a fight occurring in the parking lot of the business. As the officer exited his car and called for additional officers, he observed an Asian male punch another male in the face and then attempt to flee. The officer was able to apprehend the suspect and placed him under arrest. He is identified as Ren-Ren Rosete Panlaqui, 24, of the 4600 block of Deerwatch Drive, Chantilly. Additional officers arrived and quickly began dispersing the large crowd, placing disorderly subjects under arrest. Arrested were Belaget H. Huq, 25, of the 4100 block of Chantilly Lace Court, Chantilly; Chad Michael McCabe, 23, of the 4800 block of Village Drive, Fairfax; and Phillip W. Clark, 29, of the 220 block of Marday Drive, Ruther Glen. All suspects were taken to the jail and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

<cal1>Larceny

<cal2>Chain Bridge Road & Orchard Street. Sometime between June 10 and June 11, unknown person(s) stole the wheels off of three new vehicles being stored at the Browns Nissan storage lot.

3400 block of Burrows Ave. On June 13, the complainant reports that someone stole the license plate off of his vehicle but does not know when the theft may have occurred.

10521 Lee Highway / Rite Aid. On June 14, at 3:25 p.m., a male came into the business and began loading a shopping cart with various items. When he saw no employee at the front of the store, he exited that store without paying for the items.  He loaded them into a vehicle and fled the area.

4117 Chain Bridge Road / Trichico Bancroft MC. On June 14, between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., unknown person(s) stole money from a purse left unattended in the business.

3600 block of Embassy Lane. Sometime between June 14 and June 15, unknown person(s) stole an electric wench and spare tire from a vehicle parked at a residence. A Hi-Lift jack was also stolen from the carport of the residence. On the evening of June 15, the victims came into the police station and reported that they believe they had located the stolen items at a home in Fairfax County. The reporting officer responded to the suspects address along with Fairfax County officers and began interviewing persons at the residence.  One of the persons there admitted to stealing the items and was placed under arrest. He is identified as Andrew Gordon Dodson, 18, of the 11000 block of Clara Way, Fairfax. He was taken to the jail where a warrant for Grand Larceny was obtained. His bond was set at $2,500. All of the stolen items were recovered and returned to the victims.

9602 Main Street / Lifetime Fitness. On June 11, between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., unknown person(s) broke out a window on a vehicle and stole a purse left inside.

10400 block of Courtney Drive. Sometime on June 2, unknown person(s) stole both vehicle license plates off of a vehicle parked at a residence.

3570 Chain Bridge Road / Bombay Bistro. Sometime between June 11 and June 14, unknown person(s) stole a license plate off of a vehicle parked at the business.

4100 block of Orchard Drive. Sometime between June 16 and June 17, unknown person(s) stole a car stereo and subwoofer from a vehicle parked at a residence.

<cal1>Vandalism

<cal2>10000 block of Spring Lake Terrace. Sometime between Jan. 1 and June 11, unknown person(s) used a bb pellet to damaged a glass window on a residence.

3900 block of Wilcoxson Drive. Sometime between June 13 and June 14, unknown person(s) damaged the door on a vehicle parked in front of a residence.

10610 Main St. / Main Street Auto Repair. Sometime between June 12 and June 14, unknown person(s) slashed three tires on a vehicle parked at the business.
