Explosive Performance is registering student athletes for its 2004 summer camps at the Sport & Health Club location in Herndon. The one-week camps contain two hours of training per day to improve performance in the sport of the athlete's choice. Sessions are broken into two age groups: ages 9-13 and ages 14-18.
