Debbie Dogrul was the top producer, top lister, top seller and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $10,599,666 at the Fairfax office of Long & Foster Realtors for January.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (CBRB) is collecting food during the annual Harvest for the Hungry U.S. Postal Services Letter Carrier Week Food Drive the third week in March. The real estate company is asking the public to help by dropping off canned goods and other non-perishable food items at any CBRB office throughout Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, Maryland and Southern Delaware from March 13-20. During that time, Coldwell Banker volunteers will also be at Safeway Stores collecting non-perishable food items from shoppers.

Food donations will be accepted at all of the Coldwell Banker Open Houses held on Sunday, March 14. For a listing of Open Houses visit www.coldwellbankermove.com.

Anyone who donates a non-perishable food item at any of the locations is entered in a raffle drawing for a child-size wooden playhouse, courtesy of 84 Lumber. The winner will be announced during the week of March 20.

Northern Virginia Realtor Trish Szego, has been inducted into the Omega Tau Rho Fraternity (OTR) by the Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR) in recognition of her leadership skills.

Trish Szego is the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors 2004 Chairman of the Board and broker/owner of ERA-Elite Group, Realtors in Fairfax. She received the Medallion of Service during the recent VAR Legislative and Education Conference.

Created in 1950, the honorary fraternity of OTR has been awarded by state and local Associations of Realtors to members who meet specific criteria.

James Gaskill was the top listing agent, top sales agent and top producer with highest settled business in the Prudential Carruthers Realtors Fairfax office for the month of January. The Million-in-a-Month Award was given to Gaskill with $2,966,450 in volume; and Rita Schrand with $1,173,500.
