Assault
<lst>400 block of Magnolia Court. At 11:55 a.m. on Feb. 26, Dimas Aduardo Lozano Amaya, a 26-year-old male of Herndon, was arrested after assaulting an acquaintance. Minor injuries were noted. He was transported to the Fairfax County ADC and held on a $2,500 bond.
1300 block of Grant Street. At 9:08 p.m. on Feb. 27, the complainant reported being struck by an acquaintance. Minor injuries were observed. The acquaintance had left prior to police arrival. A warrant was obtained.
800 block of Moffett Forge Road. At 2:02 p.m. on Feb. 29, Kevin M. Swift, a 20-year-old male of Herndon, was arrested for assault against an acquaintance. He was transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
1000 block of Elden Street. At 4:56 p.m. on Feb. 23, four males were reported fighting. Upon arrival the fight had stopped and the subjects had left. There were conflicting stories about the incident.
1100 block of Elden Street. At 9:22 p.m. on Feb. 27, the complainant advised he was assaulted by a security guard. Warrant procedures were advised.
1200 block of Elden Street. At 7:34 p.m. on Feb. 28, the complainant reported being assaulted by a subject that was visiting. The complainant stated he did not know the name of the subject.
1000 block of Elden Street. At 4:41 p.m. on Feb. 29, the complainant reported being struck in the arm by a subject. No injuries were observed. Marco Hernandez, a 30-year-old male of no fixed address, was located and charged with assault and drunk in public. He was transported to the Fairfax County ADC.

<lst>600 block of Oak Street. At 10:31 a.m. on Feb. 29, eggs were thrown against a house.
Crestview Drive/Herndon Parkway. At 5:46 p.m. on Feb. 23, graffiti was drawn on the bike path overpass in black ink.
900 block of Tympani Court. At 9:06 p.m. on Feb. 23, a bush and window screens were damaged.
800 block of Grant Street. At 11:18 p.m. on Feb. 28, eggs were thrown at a house.

<lst>400 block of Arkansas Avenue. At 4:56 p.m. on Feb. 23,
William Omar Rodriguez Chavez, a 24-year-old male of Herndon, and Marvin Gustavo Galeas, a 24-year-old male of Arlington, were arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
200 block of Elden Street. At 1:02 a.m. on Feb. 24, Robert Pepper, a 34-year-old male of West Virginia, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
600 block of Elden Street. At 10:54 p.m. on Feb. 29, Juan Luis Cerritos Rosa, a 34-year-old male of no fixed address, was arrested for drunk in public and violation of an interdiction order. He was transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
Station Street/Elden Street. At 4:26 p.m. on Feb. 24, Jose Guzman Ramos, a 34-year-old male of no fixed address, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
1100 block of Herndon Parkway. At 12:43 p.m. on Feb. 24, Juan Luis Cerritos Rosa, a 34-year-old male of no fixed address, and Pedro Antonio Castillo, a 32-year-old male of Herndon, were arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC. Cerritos was charged with a violation of interdiction order and held on a $1,000 bond.
1200 block of Elden Street. At 6:19 p.m. on Feb. 29, Alfredo Cabrero, a 19-year-old male of Herndon, and Jose Hernandez Rivas, an 18-year-old male of Herndon, were arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.

<lst>2200 block of Westcourt Lane. At 4:04 p.m. on Feb. 25, a white female left without paying for cab fare.
600 block of Clearwater Court. At 7:21 a.m. on Feb. 25, a car window was broken and CDs were removed from a parked vehicle.
400 block of Elden Street. At 9:27 p.m. on Feb. 23, a white female took a leather coat and left the area.
100 block of Laurel Way. At 1:24 a.m. on Feb. 26, a cell phone was taken from a residence.
400 block of Elden Street. At 1:54 p.m. on Feb. 26, Medeao Chevez Velasquez, a 25-year-old male of Sterling, was arrested for concealment of merchandise. He was released on a summons.
400 block of Elden Street. At 4:55 p.m. on Feb. 26, Adnan Ahmad, an 18-year-old male of Sterling, and Kuerban Azhati, a 21-year-old male of Ashburn, were arrested for concealment and both were released on a summons.
400 block of Elden Street. At 5:02 p.m. on Feb. 27, Oscar Leonel Diaz, a 22-year-old male of Annandale, was arrested for concealment of merchandise, and was released on a summons
700 block of Cordell Way. At 1 p.m. on Feb. 29, a window was broken on a parked vehicle and the stereo face plate was taken.
1100 block of Cypress Tree Court. At 1:56 p.m. on Feb. 25, the complainant reported a subject took and used a credit card issued in his name.
1100 block of Elden Street. At 1:15 a.m. on Feb. 27, two black males and a white male left without paying for food.
1000 block of Elden Street. At 7:44 p.m. on Feb. 27, an unsecure purse was taken from a break room.
<cal1>Narcotics Violation
<lst>Elden Street/Van Buren Street. At 10:08 p.m. on Feb. 24, a 17-year-old male of Herndon was found in possession of marijuana. He was released to his parents. A petition will be obtained at a later date.
Herndon Parkway/Reneau Way. At 12:04 a.m. on Feb. 26, Isaiah William Brown, an 18-year-old male of Reston, was arrested for possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.

<lst>600 block of Third Street. At 8:25 p.m. on Feb. 23, Deane Edward Hoffman, a 61-year-old male of Herndon, was arrested for trespassing. He was transported to the Fairfax County ADC and held on a $250 bond.
1000 block of Hidden Park Place. At 6:18 p.m. on Feb. 27, there was a noise violation,. The subject was warned.
1000 block of Hidden Park Place. At 7:53 p.m. on Feb. 28, there was a noise violation. The subject was warned.
1100 block of Elden Street. At 7:26 a.m. on Feb. 25, Edward Oscar Romero, a 46-year-old male of Herndon, was released on a summons for Trespassing.
