Arts & Crafts Showcase. Presented by the members of the Northern Virginia Handcrafters Guild, Friday, Nov. 26 and Saturday, Nov. 27, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 28, 11 a.m.-4 p.m., at the Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry St., S.E., Vienna. Find gifts and decorations at giveaway prices at the Bargain Loft's Holiday Shop, which opens Tuesday, Nov. 30, located at 336 Victory Drive in Herndon, hours Tuesdays-Saturdays, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Previously owned items including toys, jewelry, art, wreaths, artificial trees, tree lights and vintage ornaments. The Bargain Loft will be closed Nov. 25-29 in preparation for the opening of the Holiday Shop. For additional bargains on regular items, be sure to visit the Bargain Loft the week before Thanksgiving when most merchandise is reduced to half price.

Beth Chaverim Reform Congregation will be holding its annual Chanukah Boutique, Dec. 5, between 9 a.m. and noon. The boutique will have a large selection of items available, including decorative items and gifts. For more information about the Chanukah Boutique, call 703-777-8023.

Craft Fair and Holiday Shop, Friday, Dec. 3, 4-8 p.m., at Floris Elementary School, 2708 Centreville Road, Herndon. Children can experience the joy of giving as they choose gifts for their moms, dads, grandparents and friends. Space is still available at the craft fair. Dranesville Elementary School, 1515 Powells Tavern Place, Herndon, will be hosting its annual Holiday Shop. This event features Make it and Take it crafts Ñ crafts for the students to make as holiday gifts for their family and friends. Also at the event will be home-based business vendors. The event will take place on Friday, Dec. 3, from 5:30-9 p.m. The crafts will be in the school cafeteria and the vendors will be in the lobby area.

Great Falls Studios announces its Holiday Arts and Crafts Bazaar, at the Great Falls Library, Friday, Dec. 3, from noon-5 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 4, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. The bazaar will feature pottery, jewelry, hand bags, decorative boxes, photography, collage, mixed media, as well as oil, water color and acrylic painting. A percentage of the event's proceeds will go to support the library.

St. Timothy's Episcopal Church will be holding a Holiday Shop Saturday, Dec. 4, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m., to support its missions program. Vendors will be selling jewelry, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Tupperware, Quiet Places, Christmas decorations and much more. There will also be several raffles.
