<lst>The following incidents were reported to the Town of Vienna police:

<cal1>Arrest

<cal2>400 block Maple Ave., W. During a traffic stop on Nov. 19, around 11:50 p.m., a 16-year old Vienna boy was charged with driving while intoxicated. A passenger, a 16-year old Oakton boy, was charged with underage possession of alcohol.

400 block Maple Ave., W. During a traffic stop on Nov. 21, around 12:50 a.m., Rita Catherine Novotka, 52, of the 5400 block of Lee Way Court, Fairfax, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Lawyers Road and Windover Ave., N.W. During a traffic stop on Nov. 20, around 2:57 a.m., Michael Joseph Courtney, 19, of the 10900 block of Lawyers Road, Reston, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving on a revoked license.

7-Eleven, 537 Maple Ave., W. On Nov. 22, around 11:56 p.m., police responded to a report of a woman taking beer from the store and fleeing in a waiting van. The van was observed a short distance away and Laura Grace Hannigan, 18, of the 2700 block of Linda Marie Drive, Oakton, was charged with petit larceny and driving under the influence of alcohol. Another occupant of the van, Mary Grace Hyland, 18, of the 11800 block of Stuart Mill Road, Oakton, was charged with underage possession of alcohol.

<cal1>Grand larceny

<cal2>800 block DeSale St., S.W. On Nov. 15, around 8:30 a.m., a laptop computer and a video game were taken from a car parked at a house. There was no sign of forced entry.

<cal1>Petit larceny

<cal2>Presto Direct, 235 Mill St., N.E. Between Nov. 18, around 5 p.m. and Nov. 22, around 11 a.m., four signs were taken off the back wall of the business.

<cal1>Vandalism

<cal2>Sushi Yama, 328 Maple Ave., W. On Nov. 21, around 9:10 p.m., a window was broken and a tire slashed on a car parked behind the restaurant.
