The Dulles-Loudoun sales office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announces the total number of sales for August increased by 25 percent, total sales volume increased by 23.39 percent, and total listings increased by 129 percent in comparison to the same figures for August of 2003. In the Leesburg office, total number of sales increased by 85.20 percent, total sales volume increased by 87 percent, and total listings increased by 156 percent in comparison to the same figures for August of 2003.
