Tell us about a book, movie, vacation or other experience you enjoyed: I was invited to do a presentation on spirituality and health for a scientific exhibition cruise to the Antarctic. The journey was the most wonderful trip I have ever taken. he scenery and wildlife were spectacular. There was a sense of gentle solitude in which I experienced the awe and mystery of nature and life.
