Spy Tour. The Cold War Museum hosts its "Spies of Washington" tour from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This bus tour introduces many of the locations in and around Washington that have been associated with intelligence and counter intelligence activities for the past 200 years. Civil War Tour. The Vienna Parks and Recreation Department and Historic Vienna Inc. sponsor a Civil War walking tour of historic downtown Culpeper. A chartered bus leaves Vienna's Historic Freeman House at 8:30 a.m. and returns at 5 p.m. Cost is $63 for Town of Vienna residents and $78 for out-of-town residents, which includes transportation, the walking tour led by author Virginia Morton, lunch and tours of Salubria, a Georgian brick mansion, and the Museum of Culpeper History.
