Duncan Library Friends Fall Festival. Fall Fest. Historic Hauntings Tour. Hear stories of unexplained events, tragic stories and some of the more peculiar stories behind Alexandria's best known landmarks. The tour leaves Market Square at 7 p.m. and returns at 10 p.m. Tickets cost $10 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under. Costumes are encouraged.
