Halloween started early in Collingwood Springs; it held its annual Halloween Parade and Party this past Saturday. Marchers started traveling up Rampart towards Riverside Road then turned right on Midwood. The parade was led by a fire truck and ambulance.
At the end of the parade route, ghoulish goodies awaited along with face painting magnet making and bobbing for cruller doughnuts. Approximately 60 residents participated in this third annual event.
