Richard J. Leeds has joined affordable housing firm AHC Management LLC, as president and CEO. Leeds will replace interim CEO, Albert J. Didden, who had been in office since 2001. He has more than 30 years experience in real estate management, construction, consulting and development.

The Keegan Theatre has announced "True West," a dark comedy by Sam Shephard, as its 2004 international production. The play, directed by Susan Marie Rhea and stars Eric Lucas as Austin and Mark Rhea as Lee. The Keegan Theatre will perform the play in nine locations in Ireland and Northern Ireland from Sept. 7 through Oct. 13. This marks the company's sixth annual international tour.

Eric and Ann Storck of Arlington's Blade Runners Inc., were among the hundreds of tree and lawn-care companies that recently participated in the Professional Lawn Care Association of America's Day of Service at Arlington National Cemetary. The day of service was held to honor America's veterans. The group pruned trees, fertilized, sodded, mulched and performed other needed tasks within the cemetery.

Virginia Commerce Bank, based in Arlington, has named two new members of its branch management team. The new officers are Linda Martin, assistant vice president and branch manager at the bank's Mount Vernon office, and Brandon Barg, branch officer and manager at the Vienna office.
