The Long & Foster Companies, the largest privately-owned real estate company in America, reported August 2004 total sales of $5 billion for the month, an increase of 26 percent over August 2003. It was the best August in the firm's 36-year history. Long & Foster sales have been up consistently in the first eight months of 2004.

Greg Holmes of the Tysons Long & Foster office was named the top producer and the top seller for the month of July.

Debbie King of the Tysons Long & Foster office was named the top lister for the month of July.

Marilyn Jones of the Tysons Long & Foster office was named the agent with the most new listings for the month of July.

Debbie Earman of the Vienna Long & Foster office was named the top producer and the top seller for the month of July.

Sally DiGiovanni of the Vienna Long & Foster office was named the agent with the most new listings for the month of July.

Cathy Poungmalai of the Tysons/Vienna office of Weichert, Realtors led the branch in dollar volume, revenue units and total sales for the month of August.

Ying Ying Li of the Tysons/Vienna Weichert, Realtors office topped the branch in listings and listings sold for the month of August.

Rosemary Helou of the Vienna/Oakton Weichert, Realtors office led the branch in dollar volume for the month of August.

Nancy Kane of the Vienna/Oakton Weichert, Realtors branch led the way in listings sold for the month of August.

C. Lee Cook of the Oakton Weichert, Realtors office was honored as top producer and led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings and listings sold for the month of August.

Chong Weisman of the Oakton Weichert, Realtors was named top seller for the month of August.
