Jane McElvany Coonce, Gwen Bragg, Peter Ulrich and Donna Sturm have collaborated on an art show at River Farm. It is titled “Light Work” and contains landscapes, still lifes and florals.
The show is being hosted by the American Horticultural Society, which is headquartered at River Farm. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. Join them on April 22 and 23 for the 2005 Friends of River Farm Plant Sale. This annual event will have over 25 vendors with new plants, annuals, perennials, herbs, hostas, natives, ferns, exotics, azaleas, roses, hanging baskets and rare & unusual trees and shrubs.
