Weichert, Realtors' Great Falls Office announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in June. Leading the office in dollar volume was Susan Canis, a member of the Chairman of the Board Club. She is also a member of the Executive's Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed though Weichert Financial. President's Club member Melissa Fones led the way in revenue units and listings sold, while Chairman of the Board Elite Club member Sepideh Farivar topped the branch in listings. The top seller was Casey Thompson, a member of the Chairman of the Board Club.

Marianne Prendergast was the top producer, lister, seller and the agent with the most new listings for May at the McLean Elm Long & Foster office, with a sales volume of $9,173,000.

Linda Thompson was the top producer and lister for May at the Tysons Long & Foster office, with a sales volume of $10,137,727; Fran Kormann was top seller; and Linda Thompson and Fran Kormann were the agents with the most new listings.

Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Dolley Madison Office announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in June. Chairman of the Board Premiere member Penny Yerks led the way in dollar volume for the third month in a row. Yerks was the No. 1 agent in the Capital Region last year in gross commission and dollar volume and was No. 4 in revenue units and listings sold. Margaret Hollar led the office in listings and listings sold for the third month in a row. She is a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club and finished in the top 10 of five sales categories in the Capital Region in 2004. The top seller of the month was Ashton Vessali, who also led the way in revenue units for the second month in a row. He is a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club and tied for 13th in the Capital Region last year in sales units.

Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Old Dominion Office announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in June. Earning the honor of top producer was Joan Sellers, who led the office in dollar volume, revenue units and total sales. She is a member of the Chairman of the Board Club at Weichert. Fellow Chairman of the Board Club member Randy Huntley topped the branch in listings, while J.D. (Janet) Callander led the way in listings sold for the second month in a row. Callander is a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club. Callander, who earned her real estate license in January 2003, had a notable career in public health research before coming to Weichert. She is a longtime resident of Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C., having moved to the area from New England in 1986.

The Great Falls Long & Foster office announced Dan Laytham as the top producer, lister and seller for June, with a sales volume of $5,060,250.

The Mclean Long & Foster office announced Jolyn Egle as the top producer and seller for June, with a sales volume of $7,671,930, and Lilian Jorgenson as the top lister.

The McLean Elm Long & Foster office announced Marianne Prendergast as the top producer and seller for June, with a sales volume of $7,660,585, and Susan Walters as the top lister and the agent with the most new listings.

The Tysons Long & Foster office announced Rosemary Lauer as the top producer and seller for June, with a sales volume of $19,528,816; Linda Thompson as top lister; and Linda Thompson, Sharon Sloloik and Carol Taylor as the agents with the most new listings.

The McLean/Dolley Madison office of Weicher, Realtors was recognized with six regional awards for the month of June.The office led all 31 of Weichert's Virginia offices in resale dollar volume and resale revenue units for the third month in a row. It also topped the region in new home dollar volume, resale listings and resale for the second month in a row, and added highest Weichert Family of Companies units to its list of honors for June. The newest award was achieved by helping its clients take advantage of the Gold Services Program. A highly successful office, the McLean/Dolley Madison branch ranked first in profit, listings and Weichert Family of Companies dollar volume last year in the Capital Region, which consists of 54 Weichert offices throught Maryland, Virginia and the District.
