JBG Rosenfeld Retail recently acquired land at the corner of Sunrise Valley Drive and Monroe Street for its Woodland Park Crossing development, a mix-use retail and residential project featuring 143,000 square feet of grocery-anchored retail space and more than 230 condominiums. Harris Teeter has already committed to 49,000 square feet, with Chevy Chase Bank and Georgetown Valet also having leased space.
Weichert, Realtors' Reston office announces that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in December. The top producer was Haeson Lee, who led the office in dollar volume and revenue units through new-home sales. Lee is a member of the Chairman's Club at Weichert. Leading the branch in listings was Mary Ellen Egnor, and leading the way in listings sold was Lynn Millar, a member of the President's Club. Fellow President's Club member Kathy Bradburn was honored as the top seller.
