General contractor L.F. Jennings Inc. is constructing the new Coleman office building in Dulles Business Park, the 10th building to be added since the park's inception in the 1980s.
L.F. Jennings has built almost all of the buildings in Dulles Business Park, including the Powers building, completed in July 2004. The new one-story office building will measure 61,279 square feet, and was designed to have natural light penetrate the open floor space, and features multiple entryways topped with triangular pediment roof detailing. The Coleman building is scheduled for completion in February.
Weichert, Realtors' Dulles office announces that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in December. Christopher Lewis earned the honor of top producer, leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold. Lewis is a member of the Million Dollar Club at Weichert and celebrates his one-year anniversary with Weichert this month. Linda Sonnhalter, CRS, led the way in listings. She is a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club and recently earned entrance in the Chairman's Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. The top seller of the month was Sandra Loftis, a member of the Chairman of the Board Club and the Chairman's Gold Club.
