The following students enrolled at Virginia Tech were named to the dean’s list for the spring semester. All are from Great Falls. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must attempt at least 12 credit hours and earn at least a 3.4 grade point average during the semester:

Amanda Anderson, of Great Falls, has been named to the dean's list for the spring semester at Susquehanna University. The dean's list recognizes students who earn a grade point averge of a 3.4 or better, while completing atleast 12 semester hours. Anderson is a theatre arts major and is the daughter of John and Bonnie Anderson of Great Falls.

Douglas Alan Gardiner achieved honor roll at Mercersburg Academy for the spring term. To achieve this distinction, students must achieve a grade point average of 80-89. Gardiner is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kent Alan Gardiner of Great Falls.
